Fees
Annual family registration fee

Regular session 3 - 6pm (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri)

Late pick up fees:
Charge per child for up to 15 minutes

The Steering Group reserve the right to make an increase later in the session to ensure that all costs of running the After School Club are met.

Our base for indoor activities is, 1st Glasgow Scout Hall,
4 Victoria Circus, G12 9LD.
In good weather our sessions take place in Dowanhill Park, Havelock Street / Highburgh Road.​

Parents/Carers will be invoiced at the beginning of the academic year.
Using the information provided on your Registration Form,
your invoice will show our annual registration fee
and a breakdown of fees per calendar month.
Parents/Carers are expected to pay the sum as stated on the invoice at the beginning of each calendar month.
Payment must be made by bank transfer.
The deadline for payment is the 4th of each month.
Where fees are not paid in accordance with our terms and conditions, late charges will be applied. Details of these charges are outlined above.

Full fees will be charged if:
-
if a child is absent or collected early on any pre-booked days
-
if a child is on holiday during term time
-
if you choose to send your child to an after school activity organised by the school, e.g. a club ending at 4pm
-
when the Afty is prevented from providing after school care, e.g. strike days, adverse weather conditions, elections etc.
(Early warning of absence does not affect this policy).
We cannot issue refunds.
Unused days cannot be carried forward or swapped.
A small extra charge will be applied on the last day of the summer term when school breaks up at 1pm. Details will be provided to those affected.

If your child is going to be absent, please notify the Afty by 2pm.
Please inform your child's class teacher when they will be attending the Afty.
​

We can only be responsible for the children that have
registered attendance in school that day
and that we then collect and register immediately after school at 3pm.
​
This means that if your child is absent from school or taken out of school for an appointment and not admitted and re-registered back at school before 3pm we cannot collect your child.
​
We are also unable to collect children from after-school activities organised by the school, e.g. from a club ending at 4pm.
If you choose to sign up for an after-school activity,
you are responsible for the collection of your child that day.
​
​Please contact us if you are going to be late collecting your child.

Payment of late fees will be invoiced separately.
You are required to sign your child out when collecting them at the end of a session.
Cancellation of your child’s place requires 4 weeks notice.

Rude and aggressive behaviour will NOT be tolerated under any circumstances. The Afty reserve the right to suspend and further exclude the children who have consistently displayed rude, aggressive or disruptive behaviour.
